Fortunately the Weinviertel offers an incredible treasure enabling us to follow our principles: its soils. Alongside the typical fresh, fruity white wines also full-bodied and robust red wines are thriving here. Though we dedicate ourselves with the utmost care to the main variety of the region, Grüner Veltliner, we nevertheless also fancy rather non-typical varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc or Muscat Red. Among red grapes our favourite challenge is to cultivate Zweigelt as it offers a tremendous scale of design options like only few (red) wines do.
SELECTION stands for exceptional wines – only grapes from our best vineyards are vinified here leading to products of outstanding quality. It’s Weinviertel pure embottled.

CHARACTER Bright yellow, fresh and crunchy nose. Reminds of paprika and gooseberry. Slight traces of lemon grass. Great acidity after the first sip, very animating and tingling. Great finish.

CHARACTER Ruby-red. Wild berries in the front, mature plums. All in all quite fruity, well-balanced. Gentle tannin, wonderful fruit on the palate. Great spice.
TASTE Unfolds his whole potential when having been aired shortly before drinking. Excellent with venison, goose, duck and with all heavy meat dishes.

CHARACTER Rich red, deep taste after berries. Smells after stewed plums, vanilla and gentle pepper. The taste is dense and well-balanced, scents of caramel and coffee from the big wooden barrel. Very fine tannins and a powerful finish. Still lots of potential.
TASTE Take your time – this wine needs air! Perfect to be tasted unaccompanied as well as with steak or venison dishes.

CHARACTER This monovarietal sparkling wine from Chardonnay rests on the yeast for 18 months. Tremendously juicy, scents of brioche and almond – with a touch of citrus in its perfume. Full bodied and mature with a marvellous and typical Chardonnay character, well balanced sparkling and mineral finish.
GENUSS Enjoy best decently cooled in the big wine glass.
